A Quick Note on Drop-off Returns.

We love helping you with your returns, but because we are an independently owned store (and not an official UPS franchise), our systems work a little differently:

❌ UPS & Amazon QR Codes:Not accepted. We cannot scan corporate UPS or Amazon mobile QR codes. Please print your physical prepaid shipping label at home before bringing your package in. This might require you to reprocess your Amazon return, requesting a barcode label instead of a QR code. If you need assistance at the store, there is a $2.00 printing fee.
✅ FedEx QR Codes:Accepted. While we can scan FedEx QR codes from your phone, our system requires us to manually download, convert, and print the actual physical barcoded label for your package.
Convenient After-Hours Drop Box Missed our regular business hours? Don't worry. You can drop off your labeled, prepaid shipments 24/7 in our secure red self-service drop box right outside our side entrance door, on the patio.
