We ship through most carriers including FedEx, UPS, USPS, and DHL. Whether you have a prepaid label or we are creating the label for you, we can help

PACKING:

We expertly pack items to ensure a safe transit. We specialize in artwork, antiques, and any other fragile items you may need shipped

SPECIALTY SHIPPING: FINE ART & FRAGILE ITEMS

Some items require more than just a box and bubble wrap. We specialize in the handling, custom packing, and transport of delicate artowrk, family heirlooms, glass, and high value fragile goods. This includes paintings, sculptures, ceramics, glass, antiques, and sensitive electronics.

PICKUP SERVICE:

Forgot something at a hotel while visiting? Can't fit your item in the car? We can pick it up, pack, and ship it.  For Manchester hotel pickups it is only a $10 pickup fee. For Bromley and Stratton area pickups, it is a $25 pickup fee.

FAX, PRINT, AND COPY SERVICE:

For $1.00 per page we can fax your documents.

For $2.00 first page, and $.50 per additional page, we can copy and print small local needs.

For $2.00 we can print your prepaid return label at the store

*we do not offer notary services.

SHREDDING:

For $1.50 per pound bring in all your old unwanted documents and have them securely shredded.

A Quick Note on Drop-off Returns.

We love helping you with your returns, but because we are an independently owned store (and not an official UPS franchise), our systems work a little differently:

  • ❌ UPS & Amazon QR Codes:Not accepted. We cannot scan corporate UPS or Amazon mobile QR codes. Please print your physical prepaid shipping label at home before bringing your package in. This might require you to reprocess your Amazon return, requesting a barcode label instead of a QR code. If you need assistance at the store, there is a $2.00 printing fee.

  • ✅ FedEx QR Codes:Accepted ($2.00 processing fee). While we can scan FedEx QR codes from your phone, our system requires us to manually download, convert, and print the actual physical barcoded label for your package. A $2.00 label processing fee applies to all FedEx QR code drops.

  • Convenient After-Hours Drop Box Missed our regular business hours? Don't worry. You can drop off your labeled, prepaid shipments 24/7 in our secure red self-service drop box right outside our side entrance door, on the patio.

    • Please note: Packages dropped after hours will be scanned and processed the next business morning
